As more and more buyers, especially investors, purchase properties from banks and by short sale they find themselves signing an AS IS addendum to the purchase contract. The Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) has created an AS IS addendum used in conjunction with the Arizona purchase contract. Today's post explores the AS IS addendum and explains some of its language.
The video does not cover the entire AS IS addendum. Please read and understand the entire document before signing.
